Returns & exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us at The Majestic Joy. We hope that you LOVE your purchases, however, if you do wish to return any products or request an exchange, then please see the below;

 

  1. Any claims for faulty, damaged or missing items must be made within 5 days of receipt of your parcel.

  2. Refunds can be requested within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please email us requesting a returns code. You have 14 days to get the returns to us. This code must be present in the returns parcel in order for us to process a refund.

  3. When returning items, the customer must send the products back using a track and signed for postage which is paid by the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for any items which are lost in transit.

  4. Once goods are received, your order will be checked and if approved the process will take up to 3-5 working days to process through our system.

  5. The Majestic Joy reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

  6.  Refunds will be credited to match the original form of payment. This will normally show in your account within 7 working days. This will exclude shipping costs (except for faulty items).

  7. Any refund processed on orders that have been paid on PayPal will not be refunded the PayPal fee that we paid on the transaction. Same for all the Card payments as Wix is taking charges from each purchase, so we will not be able to refund the fees that we paid on the transaction to Wix.

  8. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like to buy another product, we can process a refund for your original item, and you can place a new order.

  9. The branded packaging your product arrives in, is considered part of the goods, so this must be in perfect condition along with the contents, any marks on the goods, packaging will be not be eligible for a refund.

  10. f the product is not in perfect condition, we are unable to offer a refund/exchange so please take care of our order

  11. All labels must STILL be on the product

  12. We cannot accept returns on personalised items or sale items.

  13. Original postage and returns postage* are non-refundable (*unless faulty)

Promotional Items and Bundles


All included products must be returned together unless agreed upon with The Majestic Joy. If a product included in the promotion and/or bundle has been used (for example a used promotional promo code), or the promotion and/or bundle includes a non-refundable item, the full retail value of the service and/or non-refundable item will be deducted from the refund amount. When a bundle is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund.

For a refund please email info@themajesticjoy.com, your reason and enclose a note with your full name, address, order number and a contact telephone so we can reach you. Wrap products securely and keep proof of postage. We aim to respond within 72 hours.
