UK Mainland Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) shipping calculation is based on the size and the weight from £2.90 to £6.99. Please note that time guarantees are currently suspended due to Covid-19.
UK Mainland shipping free on orders over £100.
Certain parts of the UK may incur a surcharge dependent on parcel weight. This applies to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Isles of Sicily.
UK Mainland Next Day Delivery shipping calculation is based on the size and the weight from £6.40 to £10.00. Please note that time guarantees are currently suspended due to Covid-19.
UK Mainland Next Day Delivery shipping is not free on orders over £100.
UK parcels returned to us because delivery has been attempted and the customer has not collected from the depot, can be resent via standard delivery for an additional charge of £2.
Deliveries are made Monday – Friday, between 9am – 5pm. If you are using a business address, you must have someone to sign for this.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
Should there be any delays we will contact you immediately.
If you wish to make changes or cancel before the goods are dispatched, we will endeavor to help you. We recommend you to be mindful of our business hours and select an appropriate method of communication within 1 hour of completing the order to ensure your request is seen before it reaches processing.
We also require written notification of any requests of changes or cancellation via email. If the order has already entered the processing state, it will be unlikely that we can cancel. We will try our best, but this does not guarantee cancellation.
You'll receive an email if cancellation was possible.
If your order shipped and couldn't be modified, you may refuse the package or return it at your expense.
Orders will be sent to the address given when placing them on the website. We cannot change the item or delivery address once its dispatched or take responsibility for lost or stolen items if parcels are left somewhere different from the address given.
If your address details are entered incorrectly and shipped, please be aware that we will charge shipping again to resend it out to you.
If your parcel has not arrived, then please do contact us within 14 days of the order. After this time, we are unable to track parcels and issue refunds.
Please note: Our “cut off” time for standard orders is 1pm. Orders received after this “cut off” time, or on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, will be processed on the next working day, and estimated delivery times will be calculated from the date on which the order is processed.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is sold out don’t panic. Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know when the item is back in stock.
Pre- Order Items
Items purchased on our pre-order service will be given an approx. dispatch date. This may be subject to change and we will notify you if this happens.
If you order an item on our ‘Pre-Order’ service and purchase additional ‘in stock’ items, we will ship once all items are ready to leave.
