Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and The Majestic Joy for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your basket. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.

 

Availability of Goods and Prices


Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that occasionally goods ordered may, be sent to you in instalments. We will make every effort to advise you (by email) if this is the case.

 

We make every attempt to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however discrepancies may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods already ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask that you reconfirm your order at the correct price, whilst also giving you the option to cancel it. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you, we will consider the order cancelled. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

 

UK Shipping


Free Shipping (Standard) is only available for UK mainland. In addition, the cost of shipping to Offshore islands or Northern Ireland could be higher and longer. However, the next day delivery is not available for free for the orders over £100.

 

Validity


By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

 

Your Undertakings and Warranties


You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.

 

Acknowledgement of Order


When you have completed your order, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation. It will state what the products are on order, the total cost including VAT (where appropriate) and Post & Package charges, together with delivery and invoice details. If for any reason your order cannot be processed, a member of the customer services team will contact you to explain the nature of the difficulty.

 

Our Contract


No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and The Majestic Joy until the product(s) ordered have been dispatched. We will send a confirmation email when the goods left from our end. 

Where an order is to be fulfilled in instalments, those products yet to be dispatched will not form part of our contract with you. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

When a product is available for pre-order, any other items ordered alongside it will be dispatched at the same time as the pre-order item. We strongly recommend ordering any products required before the pre-order item separately, but if you wish to split the order, shipping costs may apply. Please note that timeframes offered on product pages may not include processing times. 

If you wish to make changes or cancel before the goods are dispatched, we will endeavor to help you. We recommend you to be mindful of our business hours and select an appropriate method of communication within 1 hour of completing the order to ensure your request is seen before it reaches processing. We also require written notification of any requests of changes or cancellation via email. If the order has already entered the processing state, it will be unlikely that we can cancel. We will try our best, but this does not guarantee cancellation. You'll receive an email if cancellation was possible.

If your order shipped and couldn't be modified, you may refuse the package or return it at your expense.

Payment


All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted, and The Majestic Joy will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 

Returns

 

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from The Majestic Joy.

Damaged Goods or Incorrect Deliveries


Our warranty is subject to the following conditions:

 

  1. The goods must be stored in appropriate conditions; if you do not store them in appropriate conditions, we cannot be held responsible for faults or problems that arise as a result.

  2. Any claims for faulty, damaged or missing items must be made within 5 days of receipt of your parcel. You need to state the nature of the faulty, damaged or missing items with photographs of this and the order number mentioned in your confirmation email. The Majestic Joy reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable.

 

Force Majeure


The Majestic Joy shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

 

Limitation of Liability


Although we take every care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information we place on our web pages. The extent of our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, however nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit The Majestic Joy liability for death or personal injury as a result of The Majestic Joy negligence.

 

Invalidity of Terms and Conditions


If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

Promotion Code (including the Rep codes) Terms & Conditions


Promotional codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with The Majestic Joy. Details of any minimum or percentage discount, including VAT and saving entitlement will be notified to you via email or through the rep Instagram pages.

 

The Majestic Joy reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code has been abused or is invalid for the order being placed.

Promotion codes are only valid for a limited period of time. The expiry date will be publicised with the relevant promotion code.

Only one promotion code can be used per order. Abuse of the promotion codes will result in the cancellation of your order without warning. 

Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.

In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for cash used in the original purchase once the discount is applied, less any shipping costs charged on the original order.

The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items, if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return - you should place a new order using the original promotional code.

In the event of any returns meaning that the order no longer qualifies for the promotion advertised, The Majestic Joy reserves the right to deduct the value of the offer from the refund.

The Majestic Joy is not responsible for the advertising and accuracy of third-party advertisements of discount vouchers. Please email info@themajesticjoy.com with all queries. 

Donations

 

Please note we may occasionally choose to support and collect for charity. We are unable to refund or cancel donations to charity and all donations are passed on to the charity represented.

Giveaways


The promoter is: The Majestic Joy 

 

  1. Our competitions and giveaways are open to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland (unless specified) aged 18 years or over except employees of The Majestic Joy Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter our competitions or giveaways.

  3. By entering any competition or giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

  5. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

  6. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

  7. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  8. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram/Facebook within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

  9. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

  10. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.

  11. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

  12. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  14. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  15. Our promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to The Majestic Joy and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
